About the Author
Debbie M. Schell and Richard E. Schell received their law degrees from Southern Illinois University School of Law. They are members of the American Bar Association and the Illinois Bar Association. Ms. Schell is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). They currently practice immigration law in a suburb of Chicago. Kurt A. Wagner is an attorney, author, university lecturer and founder of the Law Offices of Kurt A. Wagner with offices in Illinois and Austria. He is a former U.S. Consular officer with experience in visa processing at U.S. embassies abroad.
