Generally as a salaried employee, you are pretty much left to negotiate the situation yourself. If the work seems unreasonable tell your employer and if you cannot resolve the situation, consider looking for another job.
If you slow down your work production and are dismissed, you may have unemployment benefits as well. Usually if you try to resolve the situation with the employer, something will get done.
