About the Author
Ralph H. Folsom is a professor at the University of San Diego School of Law. He is a graduate of Princeton University, Yale Law School, and the London School of Economics. An active consultant and member of the California and Connection bars, Professor Folsom teaches and specializes in antitrust and international trade law. He is an author of a number of works, including Antitrust Laws and Trade Regulation, Law in the People’s Republic of China; and European Union Business Law.
